Bet Cancellation Rules:

A bet will be considered void and the stake refunded in the following cases:

• If a match is abandoned or postponed and not replayed within the specified timeframe.

777 Juya regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. While each bonus has its own specific terms, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

Welcome Bonus:

• If suspicious or unusual betting activity is identified.
• If an investigation is required for security reasons.
• At the member's own request (for self-exclusion or responsible gaming reasons).

Balance Upon Account Closure:

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited. However, if the account is closed for a general reason or at the user's own request, any verified balance will be returned.

• Bets not confirmed due to a dropped internet connection or technical issue.
• Payment delays due to service disruptions from third-party providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.).
• A user's login credentials being accessed by another party.
• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence.
